New private home sales down 15% in October, 1,387 units sold

New private home sales have slumped 15 per cent with 1,387 units sold last month. Including executive condos (ECs), developers sold a total of 1,638 units.

In September, the robust mass market segment led to 1,638 homes, excluding ECs, being snapped up.

Top selling projects for October include Parc Vera in Hougang with 144 units sold at a median price of $840 per sq ft and A Treasure Trove in Punggol with buyers snapping up 103 units at $914 per sq ft.
